The hotel staff were very friendly and helpfull and the room was clean and neat.

It did not have a hot tub which most all the other guest houses have. The breakfast was just medicore.

Everything- location, staff, the guest house itself is a great place, it's very quiet and well taking care. I will be back there.

Pleasant Stay with Great Service

During my recent stay at Cheston House, I experienced the perfect combination of excellent service and a friendly atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, and I was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from beautiful beaches and vibrant bars. Although the resort caters to an older clientele, it was equally suitable for younger visitors like myself. I particularly appreciated the poolside friendliness, which didn't compromise on privacy.

Very nice staff and guests, I felt like a friend from the beginning. You can have a great time if you want company and if not very respectful be in privacy. In walking distance to gay beach and boardwalk restaurants of Ft. Lauderdale. Will defintefly go there again next time.

The room had comfortable decor and a nice-sized bathroom, perfect for relaxation. the hotel's location was excellent, just a minute from the ocean, the beach, and various restaurants. We enjoyed stopping at Mcsorley's Beach Pub for shots, which was conveniently a short walk from the guesthouse.

Everything was simply spotless. Fairly clean, great value hotel, the location was favourable right by resturants, bars, clubs and shopping, South Florida, and the Ocean in about one minute. I booked a queen room, it was contemporary and had a safe box, cable TV with on-demand movies and a microwave oven. The pool was nice and I had mixed drinks in the outdoor bar.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Fort Lauderdale. The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices that included breakfast and free internet access.
